Why.

o land on my feet

a few steps from where I left off.

why.

Turn a new leaf and leave it on the table

Light the lanterns, and put paint on the stables

You’ve been docked at a phantom beach,

Looking for Neptune to fall.

Fathers, children, facts, and fables.

The Kremlin, Koran, parliament, dradles.

Mend and make you, bend and break you

As though just they exist, and you are their soul.

…Set out to a place where only cars exist,

Take apart your engine, assemble it to fit.

And when the parts all co-exist

The stars will find their proper place,

The ocean is a massive place,

It’s smaller if you back away.

Spider brown, and earl grey

Sip or run, but find a way.
